Syndee believes that we all lead from where we stand. She lives this mission by supporting educators in the areas in which they can make change. Climate, Culture and Leadership have been the focus of her work over the last 35+ years.
Helping school communities grow to be their best is what she does best! From the classroom teacher to the School Board boardrooms and everything in between. She spends her time coaching and helping educators throughout Michigan.
